Weather Delays

With winter in full swing, the weather has been causing unexpected delays in many states across the country. Once orders are shipped please check your tracking number for any updates as well as the estimated delivery.
Winter Weather Northern Plains, Great Lakes, Northeast, Midwest and Possibly in the South
Winter weather in the Northern Plains, Great Lakes, Ohio Valley, and Northeast regions of the U.S. (North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, Connecticut, and Maine) may impact the processing, transportation, and delivery of mail and packages.
There are now many midwest and southern states preparing for a storm expected to arrive over the weekend. Some areas are calling it the storm of the century and are expecting power outages, temps in the teens and 20s as well as snow and ice.
Please be aware, even if you are not located in one of the affected states listed above, your package may travel through one of these locations and run into delays. When this happens the tracking number will be updated to indicate a delay has occurred.

Importing any items to your country may have tariffs and/or import fees imposed. This is not something we can predict or control. Any request to pay tariff or import fees by your government is the responsibility of the buyer. Check with your Import / Customs Office if you want to know prior to ordering.

Live Fish Sales & Updates
Due to Forecasts this Weekend – Fish Shipments are on Hold
We will begin shipping live fish again once this storm passes. We are expecting snow, ice, possible power outages and temps in the teens and 20s. Fingers crossed it isn’t as bad as the predictions appear to be.
For now, if you haven’t been informed your fish are shipping, they are on hold. You will be notified in advanced so you can prepare and know when to expect your fish.
Live Fish are again shipping in 2026!
I have also recently added some new phenotypes that our customers may be interested in ordering. So, don’t forget to check it out!
Our shipping fee for live fish is a flat rate. It doesn’t matter if ordering a few or dozens, you will be charged one flat rate for live fish.
