The Loyalty Points Program was converted to a Cashback Rewards program in September 2023.
Every order placed while logged in will automatically earn a 3% credit which will be applied to your Store Credits on your Account once the order is marked as complete. Then, you can let the rewards build up or use what is available on your next order. Your choice.
The Cashback Rewards are only available to our retail customers who were logged in while placing an order.
Credits will expire one year after being issued. The system will periodically send email reminders so you don’t forget about your existing credits. Or, you can always log in and check your credits on your account.
