Due to the nature of our products, returns are often not allowed.
All requests are dealt with on a case by case basis. If products are returned without authorization no refund will be granted.
Refunds will incur a 15% Restocking Fee in some cases. If a return is authorized and the Restocking Fee applies, you will be notified in advance.
Refunds are only possible for product costs. Shipping is non-refunable.
After being notified a refund has been processed you should see a record of this in a few days time, depending on the bank. Refunds are only submitted against the original form of payment. No exceptions. If you no longer have access to the given payment method, you will need to contact your banking establishment. Once a refund is submitted it is up to the receiving banking institution to process the request. If you haven’t seen a refund posted within 7-10 business days after being notified a refund was processed, please contact your bankcard company. They often take several days to process a refund.
