Our Shipping Goal
We strive to ship all orders the next business day, if not same day, with the exception of live fish as they need to be fasted and prepared for shipment. If we find we don’t have enough product and need to order more to fulfill your order, we may opt to ship the available products now; and the balance once available. Also, larger orders sometimes take an extra day or two. We will get your order packaged and shipped as soon as possible. As always, once we have processed your order an email is sent to alert you to its shipment as well as to provide the tracking number so you can follow its progress while in transit.
