By producing a dense cloud of ultra fine bubbles, these diffusers dramatically increase the oxygen surface area compared to standard airstones, promoting healthier, more active fish and supporting thriving aquatic plants. Unlike traditional mineral or ceramic airstones, these plastic diffusers do not clog and are designed to snap apart for easy cleaning without harboring bad bacteria between uses. Simply reassemble with a firm click and they are ready to go again. Consistent fine bubble output keeps water well oxygenated and circulating, which is critical in fry tanks where water quality directly impacts survival and growth rates. How They Work The fine bubble output increases dissolved oxygen levels throughout the water column while creating gentle but effective circulation that eliminates dead spots in the aquarium. Better circulation means more consistent water parameters, healthier biological filtration, and a cleaner, clearer tank overall. Many hobbyists also notice reduced surface noise compared to larger bubble airstones.

Universal Compatibility Compatible with standard 3/16 inch airline tubing and most air pumps. Simply connect to your airline tubing and place in the desired location in your tank or system. No special equipment required.

How to Set Up Soak the airstone in water for approximately one hour before first use to ensure optimal bubble output from the start. Connect to your airline tubing, attach to your air pump, and place in your aquarium or hydroponic system. If bubble output decreases over time, rinse thoroughly under clean water to clear any debris from the pores and restore performance.

Size Options Available in two sizes. Small measures approximately 1 inch across and 1.6 inches in height. Large measures approximately 1.4 inches across and 1.5 inches in height. Airline tubing not included.
