Description
Oxolinic Acid is known as a last chance antibiotic, most commonly used with Goldfish and Koi. It is highly effective against most gram-negative pathogens.
It is well absorbed, especially in low pH environments. In higher pH systems, absorption is lower; therefore, we recommend using in medicated foods if fish are still eating. If fish have stopped eating and if you have a high pH setup (pH over 7.6) then you may get better results from Oxytetracycline or Doxycycline.
For Ornamental Aquarium Species Only
Not intended for human consumption or use on fish intended as food or sport fish

Can only assume it’s the right stuff but my koi haven’t improved despite being dipped and having food additive applied too

This is not something that can be used for a short dip. Are you leaving them in it long enough and using the correct dosage? http://fishcures.com/pages/oxolinicacid.php/
