Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, returns are often not allowed.

To be considered for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received; in the original packaging and seals intact.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

To complete your return, we will need your Order Number which can be found at My Account – Orders, at Account Details – Orders or in the confirmation email.

Please do not send your purchase without prior authorization.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that it has been received as well as to notify you if approved or rejected. If there has been any tampering with the product packaging or if it has been previously opened, no refund will be granted. No exceptions.

If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your account. In some cases the refund may be processed against the original payment method.

Refunds Policy

All returns are dealt with on a case by case basis. If products are returned without authorization no refund will be granted.

Refunds will incur a 15% Restocking Fee and will only include the product costs on your order.

If you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 business days after being notified a refund was processed, please contact your bankcard company. They often take several days to process a refund.

If you are unable to track a refund to your bank (for bankcard payments) after 2 full weeks, please contact us at {email address}.

Shipping returns

Authorized returns may be sent to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs unless informed otherwise when given approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Until the carrier delivers your return to us it is your responsibility to deal with the selected carrier.
