Wild Crosses are used to maintain strong lines. Need to add unrelated fish for out-crosses or the lines would become genetically weak from too much inbreeding. These Wild Crosses will help to strengthen your lines as well!
In order to maintain strong lines, we periodically add new genes by crossing with wild angelfish. This listing is for the offspring that have been produced with these out-crossings. We most often use wild Manacapuru.
Genetically these wild crossings may contain a Stripeless, Philippine Blue or a Bulgarian Green gene. No way to know which hidden recessive genes exist until fish mature and begin breeding.
