Description
Pure spirulina powder for boosting color, immune health, and nutritional value in freshwater and saltwater fish.
Fish fed spirulina regularly develop a thicker mucous coat, healthier skin, richer coloration, and stronger immune response. One of the most versatile supplements available, suitable for use across freshwater and saltwater species, fry, shrimp, and live food enrichment programs.
How to Use Use at 1 to 3% of overall food weight when incorporating into homemade foods or applying to existing flake and pellet foods using a binder. Premix a small amount with water before adding directly to the tank for better dispersion and easier dosing control. Can also be used to enrich frozen foods such as mysis by soaking for 15 to 30 minutes before feeding to fish. Use sparingly with fry and invertebrates as overfeeding dry powder is easy to do.
How to Gut Load Brine Shrimp
Adult Brine Shrimp: Allow 1 to 2 hours to fully gut load before offering to fish.
Baby Brine Shrimp: Newly hatched BBS begin searching for food approximately one day after hatching. Allow 12 to 24 hours to fully gut load before offering to fry.
Storage Store in a cool dry location away from moisture and direct sunlight in a sealed container.
